• Minimum Order Requirement: All orders must meet a minimum of $250 CAD.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Each product listing displays the required MOQ. Orders must respect these quantities.
• Wholesale Only: Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for retailers.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are provided based on current pricing at the time of the estimate and may vary.

3. Payment Terms

 payment must be made in full before the order can be shipped. We accept the following payment methods:

• eTransfer

Once we confirm receipt of your payment, your order will be processed for shipping.

4. Shipping Terms

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not included in the product pricing shown in your estimate. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final invoice.
• Processing Time: Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination and chosen delivery options.

5. Dropshipping & Designer Inquiries

For designers and those interested in our dropshipping program, please contact our office directly for specialized pricing and order details. We offer tailored services to meet your needs.

6. Returns and Product Defects

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, should you receive a defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Defects reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
