Limited Guarantee Coverage & Details*

The 25 year Limited Manufacturer's Guarantee covers chipping on the rim or foot as well as any discoloration or cloudiness resulting from washing (see photos for chipping and discoloration). If you experience any of these issues, Luigi Bormioli will replace your glass at no cost to you (customer is responsible for the cost to return chipped/discolored glass to Luigi Bormioli).
* This guarantee does not cover broken glassware or any glassware that is damaged as a result of improper care and handling.

Guarantee Claim Return Details

 
Luigi Bormioli will replace any glassware that has evident rim/foot chipping and/or discoloration/cloudiness. Luigi Bormioli reserves the right to replace the glass with a substitute product of equal or greater quality in the event this glassware is no longer in production. Please wrap carefully, include a copy of your original receipt and ship to the following address for a replacement product. Make sure to include a return address in order for us to send you the replacement.
